About the Author

Andrea Mariscotti was born in 1968 and degreed at the end of 1991 in Electronics Engineering. In 1992 began his service as an Italian army officer in charge of quality control and EMC testing of military devices, and since then continued working in the EMC sector, applied to equipment and systems, in particular for naval and railway applications: signals, signaling and telecommunication systems, rolling stock, electrical and power equipment. Based for about 20 years at the University of Genova, after the Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, he has lectured and carried out research in electrical system simulation, power quality, EMI/EMC, electrical and electromagnetic measurements, analog circuits and design of sensors and instrumentation. His publications, including a book on EMC for railway applications, span across these topics and share between international journals and conferences. Presently on leave, he co-founded ASTM, where he is responsible for measurement and testing services and the development of new products.

It seems odd at first, but the principles presented in this book are quite similar to (and even draw from) well-founded practices such as accupressure, self-affirmation, and holism (the practice of healing the whole body, rather than focusing on one aspect or symptom alone).Whether you intend to utilize these techniques in your own life, or are simply studying the methods of holistic wellness, this book is certainly an interesting read.

Maybe it's just me and my devices, but none of my devices (PC, Kindles, smartphone) displayed this book in a readable format. Each line was treated as a paragraph, so that there was all kinds of weird spacing between lines. OK, so I only paid 0.99, but my time is worth something too, and this was such a total waste of time and money. I really like this guide to EFT (emotional freedom technique ) because it's easy to understand and therefore get started!You can use the tapping technique to help with physical and emotional issues and change your life in just a few minutes a day. The theory behind this system is clearly explained and as promised you can start practising EFT within 5 minutes. It's certainly helped me and I recommend you read this book and see what it can do for you.

Even though I downloaded this when it was free, I would have paid for it. It's worth the time to learn tapping and it's not as complicated as it first appears to be. I've recently eliminated sugar from my life through tapping and am starting to work on another behavior. This book reinforces the technique.

I am a licensed therapist TFT (Thought Field Therapy) and I know therefore that tapping therapy is effective. This book is well written and instructions are easy to follow. Recommend this book to everyone.

I enjoy reading books that promote positive thinking. This book helped me learn another alternative to positive thinking. I had never heard of “Emotional Freedom Technique” but found it interesting and tried a few of the steps in the book. Thinking positive thoughts is always a good start for someone trying to improve their circumstances. People should read this book and give these techniques a try.

I had not heard of EFT before reading this book. I can see the concept of why it works after reading it. The idea of replacing your negative thoughts with positive ones, that you might not initially believe. The author seems to give a simple enough explanation as to how to execute the tapping. I do still feel skeptical about this concept. However, what can it hurt to give it a try. Being more positive in life can only lead to better health and wellness.

I had to read this right after I downloaded it. I am going to try it and see if it can help me with the pains of old age. Especially the knee I am not ready to have replaced. Very old methods such as these are often far better than the chemicals prescribed for us. Well written and easy to understand.
