Purchased this book for my granddaughter for her first flight and (extended) family trip. She is almost 3, and this book had some really fun activities for her. The book is large which means lots of opportunities for learning!

I've bought many learning books for my 2+ toddler. But, hands down, this series is my favorite. Each page has a practical activity and instructions for parents on what to do and what to expect from your toddler. I liked the series so much, I bought all the 2+ ones and I'll be sure to buy the others when the time comes.

Got this for my 2 year old as her siblings do some summer workbooks. She loves it and doesn't want to stop. The pictures are adorable, she loves the stickers, and it seems very age- appropriate for a two year old. (She's about 30 months.)

Best I've found! This is a great resource for working on a range of skills at home. They are age appropriate activities and there is a good variety. I see this building fine motor skills and preparing my little one for school, writing and following directions. My toddler enjoys doing a couple pages a day. My favorite part is my child enjoys working with these. I've used a lot of workbooks and these are a stand out for small children.

These are my absolute favorite pre school work books. I am using these books for my special needs son, they work great for fine motor and cognitive skills. He has enjoyed every single page. I like that the pages are simple but illustrated nicely. Good variety of skills to work on. We have already bought several others. Worth the price and then some!

My daughter is just shy of 2, and she absolutely loves these workbooks. They are SO bright with a great layout. She doesn't quite have her pencil grip down, so the tracing activities are a little difficult, but she loves to do the matching and stickers. These are great workbooks if you want to give your toddler more structured learning! Can't wait to get them for my son too. Highly recommend!

My granddaughter loves to do these pages with me ... she asks every time she comes over if we can play her brain games!

The activities are a little boring for my 3 year old.

This book is so many different kinds of awesome. I have a fascination with the history of Denver (lived here all my life) and my moms side of the family has been here since the early 1900's. It is amaizng to know the different places, people and now... restaurants that used to thrive in these buildings. My mom is especially fond of the Drumstick restaurant and still pines for their Roquefort Cheese dressing so many years later. Thank you for writing this book... It has definitely been fun to read it and I can't wait to show my Mom and aunts/uncles.

Got this a gift for a Colorado history buff. I have not read it but she was very happy to get it.

William Trevor was born in Mitchelstown, County Cork, and spent his childhood in provincial Ireland. He studied at Trinity College, Dublin. Dr. Anita Hunt Hickey trained in Pain Medicine at Harvard’s Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and Boston Children’s Hospital. She is a speaker with 30+ years’ experience treating military and civilian patients with chronic and acute pain with a focus on the use of Integrative and Holistic Pain Medicine. Her work includes participating in numerous working groups on pain management and integrative medicine for the Department of Defense and the VA and she was selected as US Navy Integrative Medicine and Pain Medicine representative for the Army Surgeon General’s task force on pain management. The first thought that came to mind when I finished reading this book was WOW! I had difficulty in putting this book down. After reading this, I feel inspired, educated and motivated to implement new tools into my lifestyle that I learned from reading this. Not only an excellent look into how Chronic physical pain is treated, this book is a journey into how patients can become empowered and involved in resolving their pain and improving their emotional well being as well.After reading the first two chapters, I went to the About The Author section at the back of the book and was blown away by her credentials, specialties and by what she has accomplished during her career. Reading the authors bio also cemented my confidence in the wealth of information that this book holds. I was excited that I could acquire this much value and learn so much from someone so highly trained in a relatively short, concise and also heartfelt book. I finished and wanted more. I feel inspired and have already applied some of the simple and short exercises in the book and have found them very helpful. This is truly a one size fits all book that anyone reading this will find something of value for themselves.

Hope is in this book. I love the suggested mindfulness practices (definitely doable). I like too the author's sharing (a professional doctor no less) about the lack and cons of Western medicine and I like her explanation why other modalities such as taichi, qigong, yoga, and Jin Shin Jyutsu works. However, I'd love to read more about these modalities, and if possible, for the author to include some real life examples.
